David Ahrens
I must confess, I knew about this a couple of weeks ago, but I had to keep my mouth shut. Really ;ooking forward to the conference. Might learn to stop these lines through the text by then.
James
Hi is it members only or can anyone go? Thanks
dennisB
Hi James it will be open to non members but much cheaper if you are a member - yet another reason to join! The conference itself will comprise talks by leading botanists from around the world on their latest research findings as well as other talks on more general CP matters. cheers Dennis
James
Ok thanks, I enjoyed the CPS trip to Kew a few years ago. James

dennisB
Hi the cost of the conference has yet to be decided but I imagine it will be similar to recent conferences in the USA and Australia. In addition to the conference there will be a large sales area, field trips to see native CPs, an opportunity to see Kew's large non public CP collections, and all the attractions offered by one of the world's best botanical gardens. Hope you can make it. Dennis
Nepenthes Lowii
How much was it last time? I really hope it's not like 100 dollars to get in...
David Ahrens
I reckon that it will be all of that. You have three days of talks to go to, by some of the world's best top experts on CP's, plus everything else going on. If you are flying in from Texas, the cost of the conference will only be a small part of the trip. The conference itself will need to be funded by the attendees, this won't exactly be free.
