flozzywozzy
Hi all, I've noticed this year that many of my traps, especially the larger ones, tend to have bendy / crooked looking teeth. To the point that when the trap closes, the teeth don't always come together properly. I've attached a photo below which I think shows a good example of what I mean. Does anyone know why this could be? Thank you for any help.
Alexis
The trap on the left? After they've closed they form a seal and the teeth stop interlocking. They all do it
flozzywozzy
Hi. I mean't the one in the middle with the open mouth. I'm wondering why it's teeth aren't straight and pointy.
Alexis
I think that's just a characteristic of that plant. The teeth can be quite varied
Plantfreak
I was wondering why my plants teeth curved outward! Now I know the traps are just sealing
