Hi i use TECO chiller, this aquarium marine chiller have built in the therm controller: set the temperature and enjoy. For warming and humidity control i use this reptile controller. On the display you have all info (temperature, humidity, light period, ecc...) you need.

Do you have tried the hydro/thermo controller for reptile pet? I am very satisfied with this....

is fungal attack... In Italy is call it "Oidio", the cure is.. sun, or spray it bayer sulphur (melted in water) but the plant suffers ..... I use trichoderma in order to prevent every fungal attack, and I have a good success to grow my ceph.
