danl82
HI, I was wondering if anyone knew of any shows etc that might be going on near Cambridgeshire this year?

keith shoesmith
The ICPS conference in august is the one, you will not get a opportunity like this in this country again for many years. There will be sellers selling plants that will not come over again. IM also sure that tours around the green houses etc.

SoLongFairWell
First day will probably be the best buying day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
nicmanism
HI, I was wondering if anyone knew of any shows etc that might be going on near Cambridgeshire this year? There is always a cp stall at Strawberry Fair. There were a few nepenthes on show in the university botanical gardens for the science festival. Apart from that I'd guess the most interesting cp events that are nearby would be the icps conference (as recommended in some of the earlier posts) or Chelsea flower show. Are you a member of the cps? They have a quite active circuit of open days. There are also few cp nurseries in norfolk. SoLongFairWell
I think the sales are open to the public but I'll ask and get back to you. Just to be certain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
danl82
Thanks everyone, I'd love to make it to the icps conference but I doubt I'd be able to for a couple of reasons. Guess I'll be dropping by strawberry fair this year.
SoLongFairWell
I checked and the plant sales will be forming part of the science fair and WILL be open to the public. Hope to see you there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
David Ahrens
Strawberry Fair isn't going ahead this year, they are still rowing about the woman who went under a lorry last year. Perhaps, I should have said arguing. Rowing gets mixed up with the Boat Race. Chris Crow from Sarracenia Nurseries normally has a stand.
