I use the dixie cup method adding one hole every week until the fifth week then remove the cup all together all together. Around this time you should be seeing new growth maybe even sooner. this method has been working perfect for me with my AW clones, and my RH is around 75%

Has to be Villosa for me, has a good combo of fur and teeth plus it forces you to play it's waiting game lol, Edwardsiana as close second because those cans are simply stunning!!!
