Pinguicula grandiflora

Today I took to get this plant from the pot where it was, since she 's waking up a little early but I also have to take into account that it was also " sleep " too early :) , normal wakes up in March ,should always do transplantation at the time they begin waking or during dormancy during the time they grow never since it takes root growth at the end of dormancy and hardly regenerate or other takes place ;early in the dormancy the roots begin " dry " and die, and the plant is reduced to a hibernaculum . If by chance transplant this plant and pluck the roots is not serious since they are dead , it produces new roots at the end of dormancy as you can see some pictures ..

( also very important to say that produce gemmaes once " germinated " become independent plants and rapidly grow and bloom if kept in proper conditions )

( Can see 3 new roots here ? )

I have thanks to the members on here over 70 of these little gems to pot on, my question, how do they handle being picked out and transplanted once they have gown a bit, I was going to drill them in a seed tray or should I pot on individually.
