Available from the CPS seedbank- the seeds there were donated by me and are from the same batch as these seedlings B aquatica 'Girraween Lagoon, Kimberley, Aus'. Seed recently obtained from the seedbank B aquatica 'Noonamah NT'. Obtained from the CPS seedbank in autumn 2007. These seedlings are from the seed that the batch from the CPS produced. Assuming these seedlings go on to produce enough seed, I'll send some back to the CPS. B filifolia 'Boulk Area'. I have spare seed of this. I will soon send some to the seedbank. B guehoi 'Kimberley'. Recently obtained from the seedbank. Not sure about these. I obtained a few B guehoi seed from a reputable and trustworthy dealer last summer. Only one germinated. It didn't branch, as this species should, but it was sown late in the season for an annual plant, so this could explain why. I only had one plant, but, to my great surprise, I discovered in January that it had produced some seed. There are, as I see it, three possibilities as to the ID of these seedlings: 1) B guehoi is capable of selfing, and these are true B guehoi 2) B guehoi is capable of hybridising with B filifolia and these seedlings are the result of accidental cross-pollination 3) The original seeds that I obtained were in fact B filifolia, and these seedlings are true B filifolia. What time did you sow the seeds and when were your images taken? Here are the photos of my plants for this year. They were sown on February 20, 2009. They were transplanted to the pots on April 8, 2009. I took the photos on April 14, 2009. Photo 11: Byblis guehoi The glands of Byblis guehoi are very dense, please see the photos 1 &2 in http://www.cpukforum.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=30789. Photo 12: This is a potential Byblis cultivar which I have been making. This clone is quite different to the clone in photo 6 in http://icps.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=...amp;thread=2348. Photo 13: Note the branching. Photo 14: Take a look at the color of the petal. I am expecting the flowers to be this same color. My best guess is that the uniformity of this clone may still prove to be low. Hopefully, I will be able to post a few photos of this clone.
