Trev
Time for something new... This is a new form called 'Microdentata' that I was very lucky to get hold of this year, it seems to be somewhere between Dentate and sawtooth. Trev. Trev
Those teeth certainly do look vicious! It was apparently found in a French garden centre. I'm looking forward to watching this one grow next year, I'll keep you all posted on its progress. Trev.

guillaume
Hi, Here are some new pictures! (microdentata, cup trap, funnel trap) Trev, can you make some new pictures? BobZ, If you want you can use these picture for your website.
BobZ
The official registered cultivar name for D. "Cup Trap" is now Dionaea 'Cupped Trap' (S.Stewart), published in CPN 33: 84 (30 Dec. 2004). Also, I believe D. "Funnel Trap" is a synonym for D. "Trichterfalle" -- but neither are registered cultivar names AFAIK. It appears that the D. "microdentata" is about to flower. It will be interesting to see if the flower is any different from a "normal" VFT flower. The single photo of a flower of "Wacky Traps" looks very different from most VFT flowers. http://home.petflytrap.com/tissueculture/i...s/wackkyflw.jpg
Trev
Hi Guillaume, Wow, some of those Microdenta traps look like they have almost no teeth at all! Its great to see the Cup Trap and Funnel Trap are doing well, your plants look like they are a bit ahead of mine, are they in your house or greenhouse? I will try and get some pictures over the weekend and post them up for you. Trev.
guillaume
My plants are outside in the garden. This week and last week we have had between 20-26°celcius so the plant grow very fast out of dormancy. Guillaume

BobZ
That looks vaguely like a "Bart Simpson" ("Wacky Traps").
guillaume
No the trap looks like a sheet, not like wacky trap.
guillaume
I can't use a latin name for a cultivar so "mocrodentata" is now called "microdents".
