Tropfrog Posted September 3, 2022 Report Share Posted September 3, 2022 In my experience it seems like keikis is forming on stressed plants only. My own plants have never made any one of them but I have seen a lot of them on friends plants. I always ask if I can take them so I have been trying to rescue a few. It seems like they need to grow their first roots before they can be successfully removed. I have my first flowering keiki right now. It took three years from remowing from the parent. Paul O'Keeffe Posted September 6, 2022 Author Report Share Posted September 6, 2022 Thanks all. The plant had recently shed it's flowers before a new spike emerged very soon after.
