dasharry
Hello all, I'm a rookie Saracenia grower, and despite my best research, I have absolutely no idea what these pink spots are. Any clue? Cheers, Harry Edited July 21, 2021 by dasharry
Guy
I think it's the red gene trying to express itself in the predominantly green plants. It'd be a good idea to cut all that dead stuff away before it causes a problem. Looks like it might need a re pot as well. You could then separate out the red and the green ones. Enjoy! dasharry
Ah really? I could have sworn the green ones turn red as they mature. On a different forum I'm apart of, someone has suggested it might actually be spider mites. I'll look into getting a pot / cut the dead ones this evening!
