Hi ,I've been interested in Carnivorous plants for a long time but thought they were hard to grow as they look so tropical ,Plenty of reading later I'm giving it a go ,Look forward to reading and joining in when I can ,Thanks

Hi Tyke

Most carnivorous plants are pretty hardy.  Many will grow outside, even in our climate.

They look tropical and sensitive, but often aren't.

One of the basic problems people have with CPs is mollycoddling them.  Many, such as Venus Fly Traps, actually need a cold rest over winter to be healthy.

What are you thinking of getting?
