paul1966
My fly trap seedlings are starting to get covered by moss, is this something to be concerned about? how can i stop it?
Lee Chamberlain
If i get a lot of moss. I just use long nose tweezers to make a bit of room around the plants.
billynomates666
What you have there is mostly carpet and star moss rather than sphagnum, so you should be fine, the caret moss wont grow vigorously enough to cause the seedlings any problems and the wretched star moss can be pulled out in single strands as it grows if needed. paul1966
Thanks, i spent an hour clearing all the moss away from the traps on sunday so hopefully they will be ok until after winter
