Mitch3473
HI, Newbie here...... Had a few carnivorous plants over the years of various species but my last lot are giving me problems. A sundew , a small nepenthese, 2 fly traps and a ' climbing pitcher...'. They are all living in a tank on a window cill (north facing) in their pots surrounded by sphagnum moss and kept damp at room temperature. The problem is the flytraps and the sundews are all flowering, the others not but they all seem to lacking in the trap department, they are small and under developed. Growth wise all seems ok. They are obviously lacking something somewhere or I'm doing something wrong somewhere but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Argo88
Hi! North facing windowswill is not a good expositions for dionea, drosera and other carnivorous plants... could they have a lake of light? Do they keep direct sunlight? Please, put here some photos, they can help people to answer your question ;-)
