Problems with seed bank

Thanks, the seed order was placed fairly recently, 11th January. I think what worried me is the lack of acknowledgement of receiving the order/postage payment. 

Regarding emails i sent a message through the web site ‘contact us’ regarding the unexpected bonus membership my partner received for free and haven’t heard back. A little acknowledgment of correspondence would help.

from memory both you and your partner showed in PayPal as having paid a subscription which is why you both received a new member's pack.  Your partner's membership was subsequently cancelled.
