bigphil1984
Hi guys, I'm starting to give up on the seeds I've got, and was wondering if I take the top layer of soil off and bottom where been sitting in water, can I rinse it through and reuse it?? bigphil1984
The fresh vft seeds the ones I made a thread on, thinking they where dragon fruit! Some have been splitting for the past couple of weeks but doing nothing.Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk
JuanP
On all seeds, don't give up for at least a year! You'll be surprised how long some can take to break dormancy and decide to sprout...
AndeeUK
Juan, is correct. Patience is the key. In this hobby nothing happens fast, unless its a VFT closing, on an unsuspecting meal.
manders
I prefer old compost for sowing seeds, new compost very often gets fungus gnats in it and the the larva can eat small seedlings, old compost doesn't seem to have the same problem. I've took the plastic wrap off the top of the pots!
