Waited for 10 days, and nothing was sent. So I dropped a mail to them, asking when my order will be shipped. The next day, I got my reply, saying they are having holidays in Poland last week and the order will be shipped soon. Shipping was quite quick. I checked the plants and address on the mail again. And everything looks fine. But when I got a phone call from the post officer, I found the shipping address was wrong: it is my previous address that I used (on their website, I placed my new order with new Chinese address, I asked them print and paste the Chinese address on the mail) 2 years ago. I asked the officer if the address can be changed, because I no long live there. They refused my request due to the policy. So, sadly, the parcel was sent back to Poland. On email, Michal Gastal said the issue might be caused by something wrong with his computer, and they will decide what to do next. So I wait again. I waited for a month, and they never contacted me again. So I decided to place an issue on PayPal. This time they replied quick, asking if I want new plants or refund. I said "new plants". And then again, they became muted. I think I might ask for a full refund on PayPal, since it's all their fault. carambola Posted June 27, 2017 Report Share Posted June 27, 2017 Looking at the dates in the last picture it looks like you replied just before the weekend, and it's only Tuesday, so it seems unfair to accuse them of going mute, at least on the issue you opened on PayPal. I'm really sorry of that mistake, but our computer went crazy with chinese marks. About that - "29 April 2017. Waited for 10 days, and nothing was sent." - during that time was kind of long break in Poland, that's why you've waited bit more for your shipping. Everything's fine, don't worry please!
