danthecpman
Hi I seem to Have strange black marks appearing on my new Darlingtonia pitchers. The pitchers are developing all deformed but their are no signs of aphids. I have not long sprayed them with provado fruit and veg bug killer because of a couple of tortrix caterpillars. Please excuse the awful quality of the picture. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's causing the marks?? Thanks a bunch Dan
ada
That could be due to the spray Dan,sometimes if done and not dry before the sun gets on them it will cause this, even if done the day or evening before. It doesn't have much effect on tortrix either when they are all ready there,i find. Once in the plant it has an effect of repelling them or the female from laying eggs. ada
