linuxman
I've got a so-called S. 'Marston Dwarf' that I obtained from ebay about 4 years ago. It has quite a red tube appearance whereas all other photos I've seen on the internet show it more like a S. flava var. flava. Even Mike King's list has it as an ornata. So what is the real Marston Dwarf like? Edited May 22, 2017 by linuxman

linuxman
A previous thread discussing this plant can be found here. Below is a photo of Stephen Morley's plant from the registration picture link, followed by my plant. Stephen lists his plant as being 40cm tall whereas mine is 60cm. Certainly looks like my plant is not Marston Dwarf but i think it's more attractive anyway This confusion over labelling can be most annoying.

It's a shame how these things start - I believe the seller on ebay sold it in good faith, probably just passing on what he'd been told. Ah, well I'll have to re-label it I suppose.
