The temps would be ok, but you may think about humidity.

Neps adapt to lower humidity levels, but you may start with 70-80% during the first weeks.

In my experience neps grow very poorly outside (in the Uk), humidity is not much of an issue as its usually fairly high (even when not raining).  But, average daytime temperatures simply aren't high enough to get good growth rates.

I have grown quite a lot of n. maxima x burbidgeae and they take while to settle in and they would not be happy at all with the temps also in my experience are very sensitive to light, however they are fantastic when you get them going and I would assume that they would grow inside well.
