Can't reply to topics in Chrome, IE shows a plain textbox, not the full editor

Hello,

 

For the past two days, whenever I look at a topic in Chrome (Version 49.0.2623.110 m), I see the "Reply to this topic" section at the bottom, but there's nothing in it. No textbox, no editor, nothing. See the attached picture.

 

If I try it in IE (version 11.0.9600.18230), I get a plain textbox, but without any of the formatting controls.

 

In FireFox it all seems to work OK.

 

Anyone any ideas?

 

P.S. Whilst typing this, I tried again in IE, and now it looks like Chrome.

Hmm, just tried to post a reply using FireFox, and even thought the editor toolbar was showing (unlike Chrome where I didn't see anything or IE where I just got a plain box without any controls), but clicking the link button didn't do anything.

 

Is it just me, or is this forum badly broken? Was fine until a day or so ago.

Is it working for you yet? Clicking the box at the bottom of the screen brings up the text editor for me, at least in Firefox and Chrome.

Nope, still not working. However, I found that it works fine on my lap top, which is weird. Looks like there's something on my main machine that's affecting both Chrome and (to a lesser degree) IE, but not FireFox.

Ho hum, I cleared my browser cache and now it works fine!
