Rob58
Hi there - lucky you having this lovely hybrid. Yours may be smaller as not yet mature size. Often maturity takes time after division. Also different growing conditions will yield different appearences even in the same cultivar. Have you a picture of your own plant? Alexis
You can see newer pitchers in the centre of the plant are green. They take time and lots of sun to turn red/purple.

nev3970
Hi Your plant will look nice once it matures. I'd been waiting fiv3e year to get old of my plant due to it being unavailable, worth the wait. I have had my plant now for 4 years One thing to look out for is deformed pitches I was getting a lot of new growth with green alphids on them.this what caused deformity in the pitches. So a safe natural pesticides to use is 100% neem oil. 5ml placed into warm water with a few drops of soft soap ( washing up liguid ) into a 1 ltre spray bottle. Do not spay in direct sunlight or when temputures are hot.
Blocky71
Cheers nev, I heard need oil stinks?. I've had to deal with aphids on my dionaea this year but had none at all on the sarras.... I use provado and it's been reliable this far.... My peaches was a division from last year , it was bigger but has lost its best pitchers for now. I'm looking forward to seeing how it developes this season.
