Mufasa
sup all, recently purchased a couple of cephalotus cultures from snapperhead51 (or his lab partner), and i was wondering if anyone has any insights for hardening them off? i have replated them, and plan on keeping most of them in vitro (and selling some of them to help cover the costs), but i think down the line i would like to try hardening a couple off... anyone have any experience with this? i have heard alot of horror stories, and 80%+ death rates when deflasking cephs i will probably give snapperhead an email down the line and see what he does, but anyone here have any success with cephs? cheers pic
Marcus B
The grower is probably the best person to ask. As he is on this forum he may answer your question himself.

fischermans
Only for interest. Are they from seed or leave? Edited November 17, 2015 by fischermans
Mufasa
I bought this culture, i'm, not sure what it's from but i highly suspect it's from seed knowing the grower.. however it has been thoroughly divided since then
