North West Neps
Very nice I finally managed to get myself a hamata last month, Wistuba clone 2. It's tiny, and the impending short days aren't going to do it any favours, so i hope it hangs on in there over Winter. How many years has it taken for yours to get to that size ?
JMHoff
How did it go with the fall/winter shipping of your Hamata Tony? I'vebeen thinking about the combo Hamata+Pitopangii as a christmas gift to myself but I was worry about the whole shipping thing. Sorry I kidnapped the post
North West Neps
Well there was a bit of a mix up. I placed the order and paid but then heard nothing for 2 weeks. Then i got an email from Andreas saying the order would be cancelled if i didn't pay. So a bit of a delay, but it got cleared up in the end. The plants then arrived within 4 or 5 days, but the initial 2 week delay was a bit frustrating. You need to get in quick if you're thinking of ordering, as i believe Wistuba stop shipping by the end of November, but i could be wrong.

lesthegringo
Just received my little Hamata from an Aus supplier that gets them from Malasia Tropicals, so I am now a proud owner. Of course, I would like it to have some pitchers, er even A pitcher, but hopefully the wait will not be too long. Do the juvenile pitchers still display the same characteristic peristome?
North West Neps
I've only got 2cm pitchers on mine at the moment Les, but i assure you they are unmistakable
