dimitar
Can i have a opinion for this lamp? Yes and here is my - waste of time and money. Тhe light passing through the window in the dark rainy days would be stronger than this CFL.

dimitar
If u need light only to germinate Neps seeds just windowsill light is more than enough... what could i use for a mini terrario (about 50x40x30) whit the E27 ? I would stick to 54W cheap LED grow light.

Yossu
Don't know if it helps, but I have been trying germinating some plants immersed in water (See this thread for more details), and put them on top of my turtle tank, as that is warm, and light. They are quite close to a standard UVB tube that you can buy from any shop selling stuff for reptiles. They seem to be doing fine, and I've had a VFT bud grow from a cutting in only a few weeks. Hope that helps.
