Pearl777
do you also sell hamata, robcantleyi, veitchii, bongso, truncata and/or hybrids? (your links "nepenthes for sale" etc dont work anymore) Edited August 24, 2016 by Pearl777
North West Neps
The links still work Pearl, as a new member you just haven't made enough forum posts yet to be able to view the Sales section. Hope this helps.
Krzysio
Welshy thanks for your explanation Pearl, Nepenthes such as Hamata rather not go to the Sales section, they are much earlier reserved and they go to the friendly growers. JMHoff
Are you kidding me?? That Robmata is actually spectacular! Once again perfectly grown Chris!
Krzysio
Thanks, It grows slowly but it looks very curiously all the time. It issues me that there is fairest largeness for Nepenthes, has small leaves but big pitchers, as it will grow not be look spectacularly so, but maybe pitchers will be else larger and teeth will be larger too. Tropicat
I am such a friendly grower, you wouldn't believe how friendly i am joking! Those nepenthes look beautiful! JMHoff
Hamata and its hybrids are really amongst the most popular and intriguing nepenthes. What do you think about sib x ham? I've heard it's a rather dull looking hybrid.
Krzysio
In fact it does not look spectacularly, but compared to my other hybrids and pure hamata is the fastest growing

North West Neps
I've twice tried to grow mulu x lowii, but they both died That's a lovely specimen ! Would you say it prefers it's substrate slightly on the dry side ?
Krzysio
In my case, it has a rather wet substrate, in the beginning it grew in the living sphagnum, now has substrate with a lot of coconut chips - pot is high, and it stands in water. Also N. lowii grow at my place in a very damp substrate - in the living sphagnum and pot standing in the water (as soon as the water will evaporate I replenishing to about 0.5 cm). Jurkylius
Very nice plants. Nepenthes is my top. I have question about Nepenthes burbidgeae x campanulata. In picture have this plant orange strips in leaf. Is that some disease? Thanks.
Krzysio
Thanks Jurkylius, I think so, Nepenthes burbidgeae x campanulata seems to be very susceptible to fungi, grows along with several other plants, and only its leaves have such necrosis, and above all else in places where water is accumulated. Jurkylius
Thanks for answer. I ask this question because I have this plant and have same problem. I want know how grow this. He must be in quarantine or can grow with other healty plants?
Krzysio
I think that it is not dangerous for healthy plants and I cultivate N. burb x camp together with other Nepenthes for over a year, and nothing bad happens. This is evidently sensitive hybrid. Unfortunately I do not have an adequate air circulation (fan). I will apply a fungicide and I will be posted if the situation will improve.
