Watering with Gibberellic acid

Guys, I have some pots with some Sarracenia seeds in them that have sat staring back at me without doing any more than growing nice sphagnum. I had stratified them, but wonder if I didn't leave them long enough or cold enough.

As a last throw of the dice before I recycle the pots, I was thinking of trying to water them with some Gibberellic acid to see if this will tempt them into some action

Anyone tried this before?
