Probably going to be too dry. Most orchids are quite different to Nepenthes in their watering requirements.

Having said that, some orchid composts have a lot of peat mixed in with the bark/lava rock and are really to wet for orchids but ok for neps. Or you might be able to stand the pot in water and the lava rock might wick it up and stay moist. Theres more than one way to fry and egg in this case.

You could try a bag and if it looks hard to keep moist, mix in some new zealand spaghnum moss or that lovely perlite stuff...
