Sarracenia Planter Outdoors

Nice video. I've been debating whether to do a similar thing but with a variety of plants as well as Sarracenia and have introduced S.purpurea into a bog garden that my horticulture group created at college. I've seen some cracking displays in peoples' greenhouses and at flower shows and thought it would be amazing to have something different in the garden than your usual Gunnera and Rheum. Don't get me wrong or owt as they are good looking plants.

Would like to ask as to what species of Sarracenia your's are and what your winters like in Wexford?

Our's are fairly mild here in the Morecambe Bay area, but can get some heavy frosts and wondering whether my S.leucophylla will survive outside.

Its down south east, round Cork way so protected from the West and Atlantic but accessible enough to the southerlies from France.
