Mild winters?

My vfts seem to have survived outside without dying back this year, at least so far, have others done the same?

Lucien has a point. It could still get much colder and we could have a 'deep freeze'.

I'm with you manders, no die-back here so far. Surprising really with some of the night temperatures we've had.

I find the big problems can start when it warms up and the damage breaks out with fungal attacks, Winters fridge keeps your vegetables looking healthy until then.

never get complete die back on most of my plants. some cultivars do however die back completely, eg my red dragons
