Kiwano
Very very nice ! Your set-up is clean, beautiful and stunning. :) What are your growing conditions ? Is it more lowland or highland ? Because I see you have a N. glabrata and I would know how you grow it. :)
matwag
Thank you both for the nice comments :) Very very nice ! Your set-up is clean, beautiful and stunning. :) What are your growing conditions ? Is it more lowland or highland ? Because I see you have a N. glabrata and I would know how you grow it. :) Hi Kiwano, I'd probably say it's an intermediate terrarium as the temperatures do tend to hover between highland and lowland conditions but it does have a cable heater fitted to keep it stable during the winter. The N glabrata seems to really enjoy these conditions and has tripled in size as it was tiny when I got it and is one of my favourites. The humidity runs at about 95% with the lights running for 14 hours a day and the misters coming on once an hour for 10 seconds during the day but I purposely made the terrarium totally automated as I'm a bit slack sometimes when it comes to watering and stuff :)Best wishes Matwag
notostracan
Love the tank, looks very natural! Like that you have random ferns, mosses and mushrooms popping up - that must be interesting to observe and make it feel even more natural. there is a chameleon hiding in there, can you find it? ....spent too long looking at that pic. You monster . Edited August 26, 2014 by notostracan
