If so when should i remove them? Should i wait unti they are completely black? Thanks
lucien01700
Hi Hi,The plant may be too hot, Oulès traps are dying.Wait until the trap and the petiole is completely black to cut Regards Lucien
FlytrapRanch
As long as there remains any green on the leaf, between the green part and the rhizome (the base of the leaf), it is probably photosynthesizing and contributing food to the plant as a whole. So it might be best to cut off only parts of leaves that are completely brown or black, not any of the green tissue. :)
