snowwy
We visited a Finnish bog conservation area, Linnaistensuo yesterday. There were a huge amount of regular sundews, Drosera rotundifolia and D. anglica. The bog was drier than previous years when we paid a visit there. Sphagnum was dry and white-ish in some parts but the most of the spaghnum was bright red and healthy green. More photos in my blog :)

Alexander Nijman
Nice to have still plenty Drosera anglica there! Here its very rare in the Netherlands. Fortunately Drosera rotundifolia is not, it can still be seen easely in many areas where its well protected. It even grow wild in my town at one place. In total we have 2 carnivorous plants in town. Utricularia vulgaris or maybe its U. australis and D. rotundifolia. Alexander
