mantrid Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 check the forecast for that week. if its going to be hot then put in a deep tray, about 3" and fill with water. Saturating the soil for just a week should not do any harm but letting it dry out probably will. if the forecast is for colder cloudier weather just half fill it.
