Guest Andreas Eils
Hi Matty, your plants look much more promising than mine on the balcony! I have lost two Dionaea "B 52" recently and my one and only Sarracenia appears to kick the bucket, too! The last weeks have been so cold and dark that all plants refused to grow at all. The mentioned Dionaea bulbs started to rot from the inside! It has been the worst spring I experienced in 17 years of growing carnivorous plants!! The British island is better off than Germany ... as usual. Greetings Andreas

Greetings Andreas Our weather has been terrible too I thought on the whole you get better weather and more light than us in the UK in general maybe I am wrong there? The outside bog gardens have not done much this year apart from the Pings, they look nothing like anything in the Greenhouse they are possibly 2 months behind the greenhouse plants. I do not think you can compare plants growing outside on a balcony to those in a Greenhouse. A Greenhouse really makes a difference especially with the Sarras and VFT's. Love the pics of your cephs Matt Thanks Wozzen they seem to be enjoying the cooler summer weather. Nice! Thanks
