a really nice healthy looking Ceph it is too. I'd also leave it a while, I don't think they like being disturbed too much.

Your plant looks very healthy and happy. Don't worry about the amount of pitchers,with cephs it's growth points that will crowd a pot and that can take a while. If you really want to repot,give it about twelve weeks (late march) if the weather's severe wait till it mellows.

Repotting doesn't harm Cephs, I think it's more a matter of timing.When you do it if there's plenty of roots you can take cuttings ,which is the easiest way of propogating a Ceph in my opinion.
