Blocky71
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sarracenia-Adrian-slack-/271108886329?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN&hash=item3f1f594f39 I was looking to add this to my crop but has kinda gone out of budget! Isn't this the same plant MK offers at shropshire carnivors for £20 ?
ada
Its the exact same plant.I think it would cost you £30 now. Some people don't/can't wait to have some clones so pay extra. ada
mobile
A case of demand driving the price, which is how an auction should work. The starting price was £0.01.
Blocky71
Yeah, not having a dig, i wish the seller all the best, i was just surprised to see the price rocket so quickly for a clone that i didn't think was that hard to get hold of. It's still listed on MK's site at £20. I wonder what it'll fetch by end of auction?........
Daniel G
It's £30 now... If mine divides I'll probably trade it for something equally as nice, or this. Ebay is really a place to make money if you have the right item. My guess for the end price. £120. That could fuel a few christmas prezzies eh? 3Star
I wouldn't be surprised for it to get near to the £200 mark based on the price others have reached that have been sold on ebay.
frangelo
Probably they don't have to pay unexpected bills

alexa
I thought that the season was over and who was looking on eBay for plants, guess not. If we are placing bets, I say £150 end price. Cheers Alex.
gardenofeden
at least it a known cultivar what I find amazing is that people are paying £46 for small plants of typical Cephalotus http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vigorous-clumping-Cephalotus-follicularis-clone-/121003210369 probably because the description is a tad misleading.... mobile
I'm always amazed on how much people will spend on Cephalotus. Anything that it is described slightly different from typical seems to command a higher price. Even typicals sometimes go for high prices.
