Sumer and late summer plants pics!

Recommended Posts

Hi there! Here you have a ton of pictures of my plants. This year they are doing well in general, in spite of the late waking up because of the cold spring.

Well, I don´t have any garden, nor a greenhouse, so my plants depends on the wishes of the weather, so I can´t have plants as beautifull as most of you, :cray: but this year we had a nice summer and plants have coloured up properly! The plants displayed in this pictures are outside all year round.

Sorry, there are no particular order in the pictures. All species are mixed together, the picturs don´t follow any special order.

Feel free of asking whatever you want to know about my growing conditions or whatever!

Plants are all labelled, but Sphagnum has overgrown the labels and you can´t barely see them. I have to trim it of.

Click on the pictures to enlarge them!!

You don´t like smurf? :laugh1: Well, it´s a very weird plant, but it is beautifull in its own manner...

Yeah, view is fantastic, and I live very close to the sea, so usually atmosphere is very humid. Sun... well, we are very lucky this year, because we are having a fantastic sunny summer, but last summer was totally awfull. It was raining the whole July!!! And August was a little bit better, but anyway, very cloudy too. But this summer is being wonderfull!

And the good thing is in spite of having run out of rain water, a friend of mine brings me tons of destilled water from the power station where he works! So, this year I have tons of sun, but I don´t have to worry about my water storage!!! :l_sunny:

Hi there! I´m here again with more pics! Those ones are from the other side of my flat. less sunny so I only grow Neps in it. The first one, I don´t know exactly wich is, but I thon it´s a really big Rebecca Soper. I bought it as a N. sanguinea but I think it isn´t. What do you guys think?

The plant has become really big and it´s taking over half of my window!

This one is a "Bloody Mary" hybrid. It´s from Nature et Paysages and is a really beautifull plant! I have to take more pics of it, ´cause those ones are from July, and now the plant has much more pitcheres!

Thank you dyzio!!

It´s a pitty autum is aproaching and from now onwards my plants will slowly look worse and worse... And with no greenhouse plants are exposed fully to the outside weather. I think if I had a glasshouse my growing season would be longer.

Well, all years it´s a bit sad when I know my growing season is over. Hopefully, I think I will enjoy my plants until november o december. No growing anymore, but with no big foliar loss until hard part of the winter starts.

Finger crossed for next season!!!
