sam2809
Hi everyone. I have just gone and done one of my random checks on my native CP collection and many of my D.rotundioflia and P.vulgaris have started to regrow from their resting states for winter with new growth! one D.rotundifolia even has a flower stalk. I thought this was strange and bad enough but now I also see my S.purpurea has also started to regrow and has a flower stalk coming up now. Does anybody have any ideas as to what I can do about these to stop them growing or rather to get them to realise they need to go dormant again quickly before the bad weather hits as I live in Carlisle, Cumbria and it will get very cold here very soon. My other CP's namely, S.oreophilla's, C.follicularis and D.muscipula's to name a few are being normal for the time of year and they are all kept in the same location in the garden. Thank you for reading this. Sam
