Alexander Nijman
Hello all, I am going to do some travelling in Cuba the coming weeks. Any tips for seeing nice Carnivorous plant habitads? There should be some strange Pinguicula and Drosera arround. Alexander

Alexander Nijman
I have seen some aquatic Utricularia in La Cienaga de Zapata. Its a swamp area close to the Bay of Pigs. And more spectaculair Catopsis bertoniana on El Yunque, a limestone table mountain close to Baracoa. Well I have found a lot of spectaculair palms! Like Roystonea violacea and Copernicia rigida blue form. Alexander
Alexander Nijman
Well Drosera intermedia we get here backhome plenty. And the Cuban form is not that differend. But those Pinguiculas are something special! Maybe some other time! Alexander
