Guest waco1982
I recently bought a Nepenthes Spectabilis from Wisuba in Germany. It got held up in the post for a few days but looked ok when I got it. I potted it up straight away but it started to turn brown within a few days and did not look good. I then put it in a spare fish tank that I had to increase humidity but it just got worse. Did I make the mistake of not putting it in the tank in the first place. It is now deceased. Michael fallen
Hello, Did you just put it in your conditions without acclimating it? I always bag mine for a few weeks before I put it in my conditions. I think that may have caused what your describing just because of a huge change Conditions. From greenhouse to bag to you, it puts a lot of stress on the plant.
