hi all this plant was at first sold to me hiding in some Ricca.and it has out grown and killed off all the riccia. i believe it looks to be some kinda bladderwort. (i'm thinking u.gibba)

i was asking some people on an aquascaping forum and they also believe it might be U.gibba, most of them think i get rid of it "worse then any algae." but i feel that be a good waist of a plant that can make such nice flowers. so what im asking is, what would be the best way for me to make this happen?, as i have never grown Utricularia before. or if i even can trick the plant in to flowering in the winter. I do have a small indoor "green house" where i can control "the environment."

My U. gibba flowers profusely when it gets very matted and dense, outdoors in a temperate climate.
