flycatchers
Hi, I have been using freeze dried bloodworms for a year now with sucess. Also now trying both an orchid feed and Maxsea (thanks Jens!) and the results so far look most positive. cheers bill
twigs
Maxsea plant food. I used to use Orchid Plus but found that while it did increase plant growth, it resulted in a significantly increased level of pitcher loss. I have not experienced the same with Maxsea
Tha_Reaper
i pop an osmocot pellet in a pitcher from time to time. The pitcher dies a bit faster than normal, but growth is also increased for a prolonged period of time, so the pitcher i lost is usually compensated with 3 or 4 new ones. Tha_Reaper
the coated yellow ones. i dont know about the green ones, but i heard they dont contain npk, but trace elements or something... also not white ones as those are the instant-release pellets. try it out on 1 pitcher before using it on more than 1 pitcher by the way. Some plants react better to it than others (so far my rebecca soper was the only one that didnt seem to like osmocote, but you should always be carefull with this stuff) Edited August 17, 2010 by Tha_Reaper
