linuxman
Hi All, Like many others I bought a S. x "Juthatip Soper" from Mike King on his open day. Well, I'm really impressed by this latest pitcher and thought I'd share it with you Just noticed the black spot of fly poo on the lip that I'll clean off tomorrow. Another angle showing an older pitcher in the background (and neighbour's cat). This new pitcher will eventually darken to this colour with age. Cheers,
James O'Neill
It is a handsome pitcher!
keefy
Nice plant, got one myself last year and was amazed how quick the pitchers turn red, unlike some Flava's i have and still waiting.
linuxman
Hi, If they're rubricorpora or atropurpurea then I believe they need plenty of sunshine to turn red. The new pitchers on my rubricorpora are not that red either. Cheers,
Mogster
It is a beautiful plant, the colour change as the pitchers age in the sun is amazing. My digicam struggles to do the colours justice tbh. Edited August 17, 2010 by Mogster

FRUIT DROP
I grow Dana's Delight and it is an absolutely stunning plant - the deep pink is almost neon. My cv.Black Widow is stunning this year aswell, almost black. Fred
