dennisB
Hi Folks the Carnivorous Plant Society annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 24th April from 1 to 5 pm at The Harborne Building, Whiteknights Campus, Reading University, Shinfield Road, Reading, RG6 6UR. You can get a map from Streetmap. In addition to the usual AGM business we are fortunate to have David Clavell-Bate who is going to give us a nepenthes master class. Derek holds holds the national collection of nepenthes and this will be your opportunity to get all your cultivation questions answered by a real expert. The AGM business part of the meeting will run from 1 to 2 pm and is restricted to CPS members (but you can join on the day if you wish). There will then be a short break for refreshments and then Derek will give his talk. This will be followed by a plant auction and then the greenhouses holding the University's CP collection will be open. This meeting is one of the highlights of the CP year, there will be many plants available for sale/swap and it is a great opportunity to meet new and old friends so please make the effort to come along. Cheers Dennis

Can someone just confirm whether the correct start time is Noon or 1pm (I think it is usually 1pm, but just want to check)? Cheers, Andy. pwilson
Hi Andy, It's 1pm officially but people seem to arrive by midday and often earlier. We won't make you wait in the car park - or not for long anyway... Phil
