mantrid
Yep it would seem to be on it's way I had the day of work today (as I'm working on Sunday ) On my way up to the greenhouse at the end of the garden, I looked in on the frogs in my pond and found 2 clumps of spawn, that have been layed in the last couple of days Anyone else got any yet ? There are signs but it is very late this year. Daffodils are not flowering yet and my tulips are still very small, usually I have fowers by now. Another reliable sign I look for each year is the haawthorn hedge on my drive to work. In previous years there are fresh green leaves on it by now, this year theres nothing its still very much dormant. I make it at least half a monthe late at least. maverick
Some Sarracenia's are now about two weeks from flowering here, Also most of my plants started on their folliage Yesterday I went mountainbiking in a swampy area, unfortunately we needed to cancel it, since there where just too much frogs on the trails. They where all heading the same direction, towards the water of course. After walking carfully to a nearby pool it was black of frog eggs, you just couldn't see any open water anymore. Spring is defenately coming over here
