Italian translation required.

I’m having a little trouble with a guy in Italy who brought some plants off me, I’m sure that it is not being done on purpose, it’s just the language barrier, so if I could get this translated this might save a lot of hassle.

Thanks for buying my plants. The total with postage of both plants to Italy is £24.84. I have charged you £3.50 for the first plant and £1 for the second. If you look at the listing you will see that for each plant postage was £3.50, but as you have brought second one, the price has been reduced to £1. Where I think you were getting confused is where I was offering postal insurance at £3.50, which is what the Royal Mail charges. I would never charge you the full price for posting 2 plants to the same destination in the same parcel. Please pay via Paypal £24.84 to [email protected]

You will receive the plants shortly after I have received this.

Grazie per aver comprato le mie piante. Il totale comprensivo delle spese di spedizione per entrambe le piante verso l'Italia e' di £24.84. Ho aggiunto £3.50 per la prima pianta e £1 per la seconda. Se dai un'occhiata al listino prezzi puoi vedere che le spese di spedizione sono di £3.50 per ogni pianta, ma dato che tu ne hai comprate due, il prezzo e' stato ridotto a £1 per la seconda. Penso che tu abbia fatto confusione quando io ti ho offerto l'assicurazione postale a £3.50, che e' la quantita' imposta dalla Royal Mail. Non aggiungerei mai il prezzo totale (£3.50 + £3.50)per inviare due piante allo stesso indirizzo con lo stesso pacco. Per favore effettua il pagamento via Paypal di £24.84 all'indirizzo [email protected].

Riceverai le piante in breve tempo non appena io avro' ricevuto il pagamento.

£3.50 (1st plant) + £1.00 (second plant) + £4.40 (postage for two plants?) = £8.90 not £24.84. Even with £3.50 insurance its still only £12.40. I'm confused and I speak English. Perhaps it needs rewording before translation.

Thanks guys for the translation. I hope that all will be settled soon. Mantrid, the story goes, the guy brought two plants from me on a second chance offer, both £10.17 each. For postage to all EU contries I ask £3.50 per plant, but if you order more than one plant, all subsequant plants are at a postal rate of £1 each, so two plants sent to the EU is £4.50, 3 plants would be £5.50 and so on. But, and I think this is where the confusion arises, I offered the buyer postal insurance at a cost rate of £3.50. I think that the buyer thought that I was trying to charge him the same price for postage for both plants when they would be sent to the same address, in all fairness, I can understand where the confusion rises.
