SirKristoff
Title says it all, Lapis Lustre, is it safe? the kind i have washed clean after a few rinses, and i know seashell is bad, but the chunks of seashell in it are so few and rare i dont see it being a problem for plants such as cephalotus or some pinguicula/drosera. Any insight from people with experiance would be much appreciated :) Thanks
Dicon
Just sounds like a brand name. Wash and wet with RO or rain water and check the ph to see that it is acid to neutral.
jimscott
I wonder if it might be good for the Mexican pings, since some of us use crushed coral in the mix.
SirKristoff
i imagine coral is no worse than the tiny chunks of seashell/limestone in this sand...barely any but still
