Phil Green
Hi all, Steve T and myself have just spent the weekend at Derek's (Many thanks Steve )The weather was rather wet and VERY windy But inside Derek's huge polytunnels that didn't really matter. He's recently made some improvements to his staging in the grow house and put up new lights - more changes to come. His Neps and Heli's are looking great, many of his Heli's are in flower. So I thought I'd share some pic's (more to follow). Hopefully they will encourage even more people to attend the open day next year (seeing in the flesh beats pic's any time). Thanks to Derek and his family for their hospitality Various Helli's in flower H. pulchella just sending up flower spike N. x hookeriana N. x Briggsiana - WOW N. ventricosa var, alba - looked like it's made of plastic !! N. longifolia - Amazing leaf colour Steve T's N. rafflesiana
