cgarry
I have found time to take some photos before the season is over. For any geeks out there this post, including all photo processing, was done using my Playstation 3 running Ubuntu linux. Firstly, some plants in the conservatory: Next the only plant featured in this post that is kept outside all year round: The rest of the plants all live in the greenhouse. This is my first year with a greenhouse and I have been really pleased at how much longer the growing season is compared to the plants being kept outside. cgarry
Chris, is the Paradoxa in the conservatory all year and what minimum does it get, just thinking of putting mine there as well after i saw your great photos The Paradoxa has only been moved to the conservatory for a couple of weeks, so this is a bit on an experiment. It was in the greenhouse all summer before that. I leave the door between the conservatory and the house open all night so it shouldn't get too cold, failing that I shall have to invest in some extra heating for it. All I am really hoping to achieve is the plants all limping through the winter until the can go back into the greenhouse where they seem to grow well. Guest Sheila
Lovely photos Chris, I edited your post a little bit to get some of the links working. You have saved some as jpg and not JPG.
