Flytrap_canada
Last year I posted a photo of this flava flower. I wasn't sure if it was a one time anomaly... due to weather / temp quirks. The flower petals shows a little bite or "dimple" ...like an upside down heart. To test to see if the dimple would occur for a third season, I divided the plant last fall to see if both divisions would pop up with the floral anomaly... and it did. Has any of you had a similar flower petal on your flava? I've grown this one from seed, and it has been growing in my garden for the past decade or so, and the flower dimple was first noticed two years ago... and reobserved last year and again this year.
